A beloved Angel has now entered the gates of heaven. The Peterson family from Cochranton, although saddened by Helen's passing, will always cherish the beautiful memories of our dear Helen and Gordon. They were both 'family' to all of us...our hearts and lives will forever be touched because of Them!

Helen was indeed a treasure and the epitome of a true lady. We enjoyed her many stories...from the dog churn to Gordon locking her out of their apartment in the cold of winter. Helen and Gordon shared many Christmas Eve's with our large family. They were our Santa and Mrs. Claus as they endured extreme winter weather to drive to our country home. I have many treasured gifts from their visits and many treasured memories that will remain with me forever. Thank you for sharing both Helen and Gordon with our family. We miss Gordon and will now miss his lovely, gracious Helen. May God be with all of you during this time. Diana and Doug Ferlin

We were so very sorry to learn of Helen's passing. We missed her at the Zahniser Reunion this year, but always enjoyed our visits with her. We are keeping her family in our thoughts and prayers.
