Mary L. (Means) Wagner

Mary L. Wagner formerly of Spruce Avenue in Sharon, passed away on Thursday evening September 21, 2017 Saxony Health Center in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania.  She was eighty-three years old.

She was born in E. Mahoning Twp. in Indiana County, PA on September 25, 1933, the daughter of Glenn H. and Ruth (Pfeiffer) Means.

Mary retired from Lenhart Chiropractic where she had worked as the office manager for many years.  She was a longtime member of the Oakland Avenue United Methodist Church where she had enjoyed helping with many projects when able.  She was devoted mother, and grandmother, and enjoyed crafting and canning.

Mary leaves behind her children Brenda L. Kennedy of Pittsburgh; Dennis R. Wagner of Beaver Falls; Michael A. Wagner and his wife Maria of Butler; grandchildren Amber, Brittany, and Sarah Omstead; and by her sister Louann Stiltner of Strasburg, VA.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of fifty-one years Walter R. Wagner who passed away on January 14, 2009.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday evening September 26, 2017 from 5:00-8:00PM at the Sample-O’Donnell Funeral Home 555 East State Street Sharon, PA 16146.

Funeral services will begin at 11:00AM on Wednesday morning at the funeral home.

Interment will be next to her husband Walter at Oakwood Cemetery in Hermitage, Pennsylvania.
